Our Accreditations
Contracts with Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development
ProAct’s Extended Employment (EE) services are governed by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and audited annually. Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) fee for service programing is funded by DEED for employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Licensed by the State of Wisconsin/Department of Human Services
State licensing reviews are conducted annually. ProAct is licensed by Wisconsin Department of Human Services for Adult Day Services (ADS).
Accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)
ProAct has received accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) since 1993.
Meets All Standards Established by the Charities Review Council of Minnesota
ProAct successfully completed an accountability assessment by the Charities Review Council of Minnesota. The “Meets All Standards” designation demonstrates ProAct’s commitment to working effectively and efficiently with a high level of transparency and accountability to our stakeholders.
Annual Survey
Annually, ProAct reaches out to stakeholder groups to gather information on its performance. The survey provides valuable information to ProAct leadership about quality, satisfaction, conformance, efficiency, and effectiveness. Feedback received allows ProAct to continue to enhance and expand its services and address any areas needing improvement.
