Today, ProAct Inc. an in-center, virtual, and community-based service provider for individuals with disabilities, celebrates the 15-year anniversary of its Hudson, WI program.
In 2009, to serve a growing need for support for adults with disabilities in Western Wisconsin, ProAct launched the Hudson program with Senior Program Manager Stephanie Osman and Case Coordinator LeeAnn Mergens at the helm. Since its opening, the ProAct Hudson program has tripled the number of participants it serves.
“As someone who was there from the beginning, seeing the Hudson program grow into its own is amazing to see,” said Stephanie Osman, Senior Program Manager at ProAct Eagan & Hudson, “The opening of the Hudson program was driven by participants and families who voiced a need for day support services and enrichment classes in Wisconsin. It is ProAct’s mission to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and it is thanks to our wonderful participants, their families, and the Hudson community that we have done so for 15 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.”
